THE ECR-EUROPE MARKETPLACE CONCEPT

Our 'key-on-the-door' stand concept proved very effective with our investors. They all liked the ease of implementation, the excellent support, the location in the catering area and the informality, as well as the advantages of being in Brusssels, where everything is within walking distance.
This does not mean that no improvements can be made. In 2012 we will revisit the exhibitor briefs and develop them into '15 minutes to convince' sessions where an area will be secluded for presentations during lunches and coffee breaks. There are six sessions planned in the programme and they will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.
Our offering for the stands will remain unchanged: 48 square metre stands; 'key-on-the-door' ; space for providing information; separate area for relaxed discussion with your customers; space for displaying product innovation; a screen for showing commercials and space close to the buffet area for dining or having coffee with your customers and visitors. Naturally these stands will be personalised with your logos, painted in your company colour schemes and decorated with the product displays that you will bring to Brussels.

These stands will also be available in 25-sq m format.
There is also the possibility of having smaller booths of roughly 2-m long with a screen where you can come with your computer and material and present your product to your prospects. These stands will be located in the catering area.
When you invest in the Marketplace your contact details are published in the Programme Book. You will also be entitled to hold a '15 minutes to convince' presentation (see above).
