Suzy Ford, Category Strategy Manager, Unilever UK, illustrated a three-year partnership to develop and implement the perfect store layout.  Through shopper research, applying the latest shopper segmentation knowledge, using virtual reality technologies to test breakthrough ideas, and backed up by CEO commitment, a United Co-operatives store was entirely remodeled. The sales increase was in double figures.
