CAN ANY JOURNALIST ATTEND?
ECR Europe welcomes journalists from the written press, but reserves the right to refuse accreditation to journalists without a demonstrated valid interest in the Forum and may also require presentation of recognized press credentials. If you are a radio and TV journalist, please contact us to find out the conditions which apply.
Please note that free access is normally restricted to one journalist per publication. However, publications from the host country may accredit any reasonable number of journalists, but additional accreditations are at the discretion of the organizers. Additional requests for accreditation will also be accepted from official and authorised media partners.

IS THERE A PRESS ROOM?
Yes. There will be a press room equipped with a limited number of computers with Internet connections. There will also be Internet connections for laptops. Photocopying facilities will also be available in the press room. The press room will normally be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (3 p.m. on the last day).

DO I HAVE TO PAY?
No. Access, meals and the use of the press room and press facilities are free for journalists. Travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense, but registered press can benefit from the same preferential rates at the conference hotels as registered delegates. To obtain these, it will be possible to book a hotel via the website once registration is open.

CAN I ATTEND ALL SESSIONS?
You can in principle attend all sessions, but access to sessions for which prior registration may be restricted.

IS THERE A CONFERENCE PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes. Photographs will be available in digital form the same day. Reasonable requests to meet specific requirements can be accommodated.

WHAT ARE THE CONFERENCE LANGUAGES?
The language of the Conference is English.
