Tomorrow’s consumer: your new partner?
Modern changes in lifestyles mean consumers are increasingly looking for a different
relationship with retailers and manufacturers – one in which they become active
partners in the value chain and have more personalised dealings with the companies
that serve them.
This view of tomorrow’s consumers will provide the starting point for a presentation
at the ECR Europe Forum & Marketplace examining how they are changing the game
and how companies need to adapt their business strategies to keep in step.
“This is not ‘traditional turf’ for most executives,” admits Capgemini’s Kees Jacobs, one of the presenters. “But most of them will acknowledge that a drastic change
in the relationships with their consumers is about to take place. And we think this
session will provide them with valuable insights that can help them change their
strategies.”
