Tomorrow’s consumer: your new partner?

Modern changes in lifestyles mean consumers are increasingly looking for a different relationship with retailers and manufacturers – one in which they become active partners in the value chain and have more personalised dealings with the companies that serve them.

This view of tomorrow’s consumers will provide the starting point for a presentation at the ECR Europe Forum & Marketplace examining how they are changing the game and how companies need to adapt their business strategies to keep in step.
