Plenary Sessions

Plenary sessions cover high-level, strategic topics presented by top-level speakers. These sessions take place in the main conference hall with audiences of up to 2500 people.


Breakout Sessions

Breakout sessions cover tactical, focused topics (e.g. sustainable transport, creating breakthrough shopper insights).  They showcase the latest developments in collaboration, research, technologies and standards and share best practice examples and real-life case studies.


Crash Courses

Crash courses give junior managers or anyone new to their job the opportunity to attend a halfday training session on the basics of a specific topic. (e.g. Category Management, assortment planning). These “classroom” events for up to 50 people are for pre-registered delegates only.
